The room was roomy and had what we needed, though it felt a bit worn. Staff were easy to reach on WhatsApp whenever we needed something. Trindade metro is only a 3-minute walk away, which made the location great. The tradeoff is the busy street: partygoers made some noise in the evening.

The host was great to communicate with, and the apartment had plenty of space and all the essentials. We had a really good stay, and I’d recommend it for a few nights in Porto.

8/10
The host was polite and helpful, sharing information about the neighborhood and suggesting places to eat and visit. The apartment did have a few things needing repair, including a broken fridge shelf and a loose water tap. Its city-center location near the metro was excellent.

The train was the main annoyance. You could hear and feel it pass every 5 or 10 minutes, even at night, and sometimes it made sleeping difficult. The apartment itself was okay, with some nice touches, one room, and two really comfy couch beds. It’s well located, though parking costs extra. I enjoyed visiting the city, but the stay could have been a bit better.

We waited too long for the host in the rain, and when he finally arrived he was very rude to us. He was unhelpful and unprofessional throughout. The apartment was filthy, especially the bathroom, with mould around the bath and on the floor. The shower was broken. I wouldn’t stay there.
