There was no front desk, and when I had questions, there wasn't staff available to respond. The staff weren't very friendly either. I'd booked a first-floor room but was given one on the 0th floor, including the underground section. It was humid and smelled of mold. I objected, and they moved me, but did it very rudely. The weather in Porto was very hot, and when I contacted them because the air conditioner wasn't on, they didn't answer. I'm sure that was intentional. The room lights were badly broken too. This isn't a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful top-floor apartment, #5, and would come back. It was clean and full of light, and the bed was super comfortable. A few basics like salt, olive oil, and toilet paper would be nice to have. The bedrooms face a busy street, so it's pretty noisy, and earplugs might be a good idea. Still, we enjoyed it very much. 😁❤️

I stayed five nights in the bottom apartment. It was damp and smelled strongly of mold. The upper units are probably better. There was no housekeeping. It was okay for one or two nights, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

The staff were so sweet and seemed willing to accommodate extra people. It's a shame about the first-floor unit: there was a mildew or mold smell, even in the bed sheets, spiders in the bedroom corners, and a noticeable gnat problem. The bedroom lights didn't work either. The first-floor rooms need moisture and pest solutions. WiFi also cuts out if you try to use it from the bedroom.
