We canceled because check-in was only possible in the afternoon, while we were arriving at midnight. We tried calling before canceling but got no answer, and our WhatsApp from 16.th May still hadn’t been read. We canceled less than 24 hours later, but they charged our card for a whole week and never refunded us. The communication and the way this was handled were both poor.

A big, clean, quiet place in a handy spot near the center. A few nearby streets have nice shops and little restaurants, bars, and cafes.

The owner or manager communicated really well, and the place was very clean. Great location too.

I was there with my children over New Year’s Eve, and the stay fell well short of what I expected. We wanted to watch the countdown on the living room TV during dinner, but it wasn’t working. When we reported it, they said nothing could be done because of the time of year. I even suggested moving the bedroom TV into the living room, and they told me to use tools and do it myself. They offered neither a real fix nor any compensation. I felt they showed little consideration, and the service wasn’t what I’d expect from this kind of place, especially at that time of year. I wouldn’t come back.
