Our first challenge was finding Casa Camelia. It’s easy to miss the doorway on a narrow street, especially when you’re new to the area, so that part was on us. After that, we loved being able to walk everywhere. The staff were kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful, and the gardens and property were beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Having a secure parking garage was a useful perk with our rental car. We loved the stay and would gladly return again and again.

Our room opened onto the garden and had lovely views, plenty of closet space, and a large bathroom. It was spacious and beautiful. The hotel is in a very central spot, so we walked everywhere, and breakfast was a nice extra when included. We’d happily come back to this hidden gem.
The staff were so warm and friendly, and breakfast had lots of choices and was very satisfying. The rooms felt brand new, were very spacious, and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful enough to enjoy on its own. We’ll definitely return to this hidden paradise.
The garden and breakfast greenhouse were the highlights of this beautiful, newly renovated property. Our suite slept four, and the beds were comfortable. But the air conditioner barely blew cold air, and nobody slept the first night because the room was so hot even with it running full blast. We asked maintenance to check it the next morning and heard nothing. After a full day sightseeing, it still wasn’t cooling. When we asked again, someone came to investigate and said it was working, just difficult to cool a big space. But no cold air was coming through at all, whatever the room size. They said maintenance might come the next day, which was frustrating since we’d reported it early that morning. It felt like they didn’t see it as a real problem and were just trying to placate us without plans to fix it. Luckily it was May and the weather was mild. I can’t imagine staying in that room in peak summer. It was otherwise a nice stay, but the AC issue seemed worth mentioning given the heat.
Agustina and Elio were so kind and welcoming, and made my stay feel personal and special. The boutique hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and calm. I’d love to stay again!
