For what it cost, the place was decent. It did get very cold and noisy, though. The radiator barely managed to warm the bed. Getting help from the host company was hit or miss: some agents replied quickly and handled things well, while others were careless and sloppy.
We can't see why this place gets such high reviews. The apartment is nice, and it's fine for a night, but there are more functional options in better areas with hosts available to answer questions. We couldn't get help from the hostess despite messaging, so we had to contact Airbnb. Even with the radiator running all day, the room stayed at 18 degrees and felt cold. The induction cooktop came with pans that were no use, and there wasn't a broom, a mop, or even a cloth for drying your hands.
Great value for the money, and the apartment is lovely. It's also very close to the historic center. Highly recommend it.
You can hear quite a bit from the street. Double glazing would help insulate the place better.
Quiet, comfortable, and beautiful, with a really cozy feel. The administrator did an excellent job.
