From the room window you can see capela das almas, one of the city’s most iconic tourist monuments, just 100 meters from the apartment. It’s right in the heart of Porto’s most famous street, close to all the amenities, with restaurants and shops along this lively street. The apartment is modern and comfortable. We had a really pleasant stay, and it was the best price we could find in the city center.
The staff were very helpful and took care of all our requests. The apartment was really comfortable and close to the tourist spots, with very good value for the price. We’ll definitely come back.

I don't normally post reviews like this, but I had a really bad experience. After paying through Booking.com, I emailed to explain I couldn't make the booked dates and asked to change them. They refused, even though I contacted them before the stay. They kept the €90, so I feel I paid for nothing. They apparently preferred to keep the money rather than move the reservation. I hope this review makes them think about how they handle situations like this.
