Cosme Guesthouse

The toilet didn’t work for either of the two nights we stayed. We asked for help many times, but nobody fixed it or did anything about it. Hotel support was completely useless. Even with video and photo evidence, they refused to refund us, as if nothing had gone wrong. Terrible experience. OLALA apartments is a bad choice, don’t go there.

The rooms were great, and you’re close to everything. I’d really recommend staying here.

The price was great, and it had all the amenities we wanted. It looked much like the pictures. But the walls are very thin, and there was basically no service from staff. We waited all day for toilet paper, for example. Getting in after a last-minute booking was brutal. If other guests party into the early morning, don’t expect help. We were asked to make a video as proof, which was ridiculous.

We were there as a couple with our 10-month-old baby, and we really enjoyed the apartment. It had everything we needed, including a baby cot in excellent condition. The location was amazing, just a short walk from the most visited places, with some nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I highly recommend it.
