The rooms are beautifully designed and super clean, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is in the city center, but the street is noisy around the clock, so opening the windows isn't really possible. I was shocked by the bathroom setup: there's only a shower cabin and toilet, separated off with translucent glass doors, and I felt very uncomfortable. Breakfast is very basic.

The suite was really spacious, breakfast had good options, and we loved the shower. The staff were amazing too. It's a lovely hotel, though it's in a busy area, so this is probably a better fit if you're a deep sleeper.

We slept fantastically on the beds, and the location was bustling, with restaurants and stores nearby and Sao Bento Train just minutes away. We paid €139 total per night, so splitting it came to a manageable €70 each. I took a chance on this hotel after my original one mentioned a lot of construction, and I'm so glad we ended up here. I was traveling with a friend, and our room was HUGE: two beds, a separate sitting room with a couch and chairs, loads of counter space and storage, and a very generous bathroom. Breakfast on the roof was included, and the woman working there was so nice and helpful. The decor was festive, with a theater theme since the hotel is attached to an old theater. I'd definitely stay again.
