The rooms are great and the location is fantastic. We liked having no keys to worry about, and the open shared lounge was a nice place to unwind after the day. The room also had thoughtful extras, including coffee and a cold drink in the fridge. I’d book again.

The apartment was really spacious, and the staff were lovely and quick to respond on WhatsApp. The mattress was too soft and dipped in the middle, though, and it left my back hurting.

This might have been a great property when it first opened, but it no longer feels well maintained. Our room smelled strongly of mold, with clear signs of long-term water damage. Even running the AC all the time didn’t get rid of the smell. The fridge was leaking all over and needed defrosting. Nothing inside stayed cold. There were four of each of the plates and cups, but just one wine glass. On the third night, they changed the main entrance code without telling us. At 10:30 pm we were stuck outside until we called the help number in Spain and got a backup code. The light over the main door was burnt out, so we couldn’t see anything. The price would’ve been fair if the place weren’t so run down.

The apartment was lovely, and the neighborhood had everything I needed within two blocks. There’s a washer and dryer downstairs, too. Just be careful if you extend your stay: they may cancel your access to the building and room. That part of my experience wasn’t seamless.
