Guestready - Boavista Breeze

The apartment is nice and well maintained in appearance, but it’s a shame that the upkeep isn’t actually done. Hygiene is nonexistent, and I strongly advise against renting from Guestready in Porto. They’re unreliable. The agency takes your money, but the terms aren’t right. The air conditioning doesn’t work and leaks, which must be because of the sea view. The woman who brings the keys had already noticed the problems. She said they’d put fans in place of the air conditioning. The sink was clogged when we arrived and stayed that way for four days despite several complaints. The shower was clogged too, and it has no door, so water runs out everywhere. It would be a nightmare to rent from them, especially with young children like my five-year-old daughter.
