The location is the only plus. The customer service was very poor: replies took hours, and when one came it felt robotic and offered no workable solution. The AC cool setting didn't work, so the room was like a sauna day and night. They said the temperature is set automatically and they can't control it, which seemed odd since they manage the place. They also said the default during my stay was set to heat, something I hadn't been told when booking, so the unit would only blow hot air even though it was hot outside. They offered no fan or alternative, just repeated that they couldn't change the setting. They set the temperature, and that's all you get. We had the window open all night and couldn't sleep because the hotel is on a major road and it's VERY loud. If you want a hot, uncomfortable, noisy night's sleep, this is what you'll get.

Easy to get in using the codes, and I didn't meet anyone at the hotel during my three days there. It was calm, with a nice clean room and a good location. Perfect for a short stay.

There are plenty of places to eat or grab a drink nearby, and there’s a market too. Most major sights are about a 10-minute walk away, which is very handy. The stay itself is extremely basic, really just somewhere to arrive and sleep. There were no clothes hangers or place to put clothes, no shower curtain, and no heating.

The bathroom has that cramped cruise-ship feel, and the walls are so thin you hear everything. There’s a remote for the room’s air, but you can’t change the settings, so it was really hot and uncomfortable. I know the price sets expectations, but I was very disappointed. Even for a budget hotel, I wouldn’t say this is worth saving money on. Look elsewhere.

The bed was broken and impossible to sleep on, so we spent all three nights on the floor. We told the staff, and Ines emailed that maintenance would come, but nobody ever did. The hotel is right on a street and the noise was extremely loud; there was also a lot of crazy noise from upstairs guests in the middle of the night. After check-out, they don’t offer luggage storage either. We got no help, and the service attitude was the worst I’ve encountered at a hotel. We paid money to suffer. They never replied to me again, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.
