The kitchen is well equipped, but there’s no wardrobe, just two drawers and a few hangers. The location was only okay for me. There wasn’t much nearby, even a grocery store meant a decent walk, and the one restaurant close by had limited choices. Room cleaning happened on the eighth day, with no daily or alternate-day service. If something came up, day or night, there was no staff on hand. You had to sort it out yourself or wait for an email reply. I was unhappy with the place. There are better located options, including hotels with kitchenettes.

The manager made a real impression on us. He seemed very professional and clearly knew his job. We also found Nôma to be a modern, newly built hotel with a great balance between price and quality, and we’d happily return. It’s in a convenient spot, close to what you need, but still quiet. Our room was bright, nicely laid out, comfortable, and well soundproofed. The contemporary design and relaxed atmosphere stood out right away.

The bed was decent, at least. The rest of the room was hard to enjoy. The air conditioning kept blowing warm air, and the HiSense unit felt drafty. The sockets in the room were dripping. For the price, it didn’t seem worth it. The metro wasn’t close, places nearer the tourist area cost about the same, and there wasn’t good food nearby. They didn’t even provide cups, despite showing them in a photo on the booking platform.

I stay here when work brings me to Porto. It’s affordable and conveniently located, and I can count on a quiet, comfortable stay. The staff are consistently friendly, and having security around the clock makes me feel safer. It works especially well for a short visit when I want things to be easy and peaceful.
