We arrived at night and found that the coded door was locked, so we couldn't get into the apartment. The person handling check-in couldn't find a way to open it because she had no key, and canceled the booking instead. This was all dealt with over the phone; she never came to the property. We were left outside in the middle of the night. A really bad experience, and I don't recommend it.
We couldn't stay when we visited last week because the coded door was locked. The apartments are in a building full of offices, and no one took responsibility when we couldn't get in. They just canceled the reservation, leaving us outside until dawn without any solution. A disgrace!
I wouldn't recommend this place. We arrived at night on Friday, February 11, 2022, for a two-night stay, but the automatic check-in didn't work. They offered no solution and left us stranded outside in the middle of a February night, with someone who has a 66% disability. All they said was that they were very sorry and couldn't do anything, basically leaving us to fend for ourselves.
The rooms were fine and the price was fair. There are plenty of good-quality shops and restaurants nearby, and the location is pretty good.
