A pretty unpleasant stay. The hostel was hard to find on the second floor of a building with no visible sign. We arrived early to leave our bag, and the place was a mess. An employee stored it without checking whether we had a reservation; the room for suitcases was dirty and chaotic. When we came back to check in, the room itself was nothing special. The lockers had no locks, so you have to buy one, though the balcony made the room well ventilated. The shared kitchen smelled bad and was filthy, with food scraps on the counter and overflowing bins. The bathroom also stank, the shower barely worked and had almost no pressure, and the water swung between extremely hot and cold. By the second day the drain was full of hair, and it stayed that way until checkout, so it didn’t seem to get cleaned. Towels were listed as included in the booking, but they charged €2 for them. Reception service wasn’t good either. We don’t recommend it. Zero score.

Don't book this place! I paid through Booking.com and arrived at night, expecting the advertised 24/7 reception. Everything was shut and dark, nobody was there, and the phone didn’t work. There were about 20 of us standing outside at 2 a.m., trying to figure out what to do. I had to find an expensive hotel for the night. Booking.com started a refund, but since it was treated as a cancellation, I couldn’t post a review on their site.

There were bed bugs, and I got badly bitten. The staff barely reacted. Our room wasn’t very clean either, and even though we were the only ones with a key to our “private” bathroom in the corridor, having it outside the room still felt uncomfortable. It was dirty, too. The location and price were pretty good, but the bed bugs are why I’m giving one star.
