We used Stasher to leave our bags here for the day. Pickup was easy: we messaged 15 minutes ahead and the bags were ready. The office was nice, the staff friendly, and being near a metrostation was really convenient. I’d recommend it for baggage storage.

A little gem in the middle of a busy, bustling city. Andre and his team kept in touch brilliantly and made check-in seamless, with helpful advice on parking, food and things to see and do.

André deserves congratulations for the competence, kindness, and quality of service. All of that alongside the city and its wonderful people. Just magnificent ❤️

I had a very good stay in Porto. The person in charge was welcoming and really helpful. I’ll visit Porto again when I get the chance, and then I can enjoy the Da Oportonear accommodation again.

The problem began with the room size. Booking.com showed a 20m² studio and a 40m² one, and I’d booked the larger option, but the receptionist showed me the 20m² studio when I arrived. He first said he’d check with his manager and get back to me, then told me the studio we were in was superior to the one I’d booked. I told him I wasn’t stupid and asked how a 20m² studio could be better than a 40m² one. He then told me to cancel. At reception, the manager was rude. He said he didn’t need my money and told me to cancel the reservation later and leave. When my husband tried to speak, the manager told him to be quiet because he wasn’t talking to him. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The street also didn’t feel quiet or family-friendly. There were already several prostitutes there in the morning.
