There was a lift up to the fifth floor, then stairs to our apartment on the sixth. It had a separate bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom area. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, plus an electric kettle, coffee machine, and fridge. Coffee, tea, water, and croissants were provided, and they topped up the coffee and croissants when they cleaned the room every couple of days. The bathroom also came with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and shower gel. The owners sent the entry instructions within 24 hours and responded quickly to our questions. They also let us know when the lift briefly stopped working, and it was fixed very quickly. The city-center location was handy for the attractions, and the price was good. Highly recommended.

What a start to our Porto trip. They'd double-booked us, so we were moved to a different room, but the lock was broken and we couldn't get in. After several texts, the last bit of advice was, "try pushing it harder". A helpful young man came over, tried that himself, and couldn't get in either. We then found out this happens all the time and the owner refuses to fix it. So we went to a third room, an upgrade with a lovely view from the fourth floor. The catch was that it had single beds. Quite an afternoon, most of it entirely avoidable. Guess you take your chances when you pay.

Mum and I had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. You can't get a better location in Porto's city center, and it's very close to São Bento Train Station. We'd recommend it.

The host communicated clearly and right on time. The room was clean, and having a washer-dryer combo was just what we needed. Great spot in the old city.

Everything we needed was close by, and the room was clean, modern, and well insulated against sound. The AC could get freezing cold if needed. I couldn't come up with a single complaint, even if I tried. Thank you!
