Porto Beach House

That burrata salad was so simple and fresh, but packed with flavor. Easily one of the best salads I've had.

Dinner there was a real pleasure. The service was outstanding, and the food was very good for a fair price. I'd absolutely recommend it.

We loved having the sea so close, and the cooler ocean air was a relief when Porto felt stifling. Shops, a bus stop, restaurants, bars, a laundromat, pharmacy and bakery are all just steps away. Evenings could be a bit noisy, but after a full day we fell asleep quickly. The stairs are steep, that's true, but there are three bathrooms with showers and toilets. I highly recommend the place.

We had lots planned for Porto, but the area was so beautiful that we spent most of our stay there by the ocean. There are supermarkets and other essentials nearby, plus a great coffee shop just across from the house. The house has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, one on each floor. The upstairs bedroom is under the roof and suited our short friend perfectly, though it's something taller guests should keep in mind. It had everything we needed to cook, and the air conditioning on every floor kept us warm. We loved everything.
