The neighborhood is excellent, and the place itself is spacious, tidy, and clean. Marcio was a great host too. I’d recommend it to anyone.

There was enough in the room for a comfortable rest, and it was quiet with people respecting one another. I’m very sensitive to cold, though, and the bathroom needed more heating. The heated towel rail only came on at certain hours, which wasn’t enough for me. The room’s AC warmed it quickly and made it quite comfortable.

The neighborhood felt safe, and there are all sorts of amenities nearby. The room was cozy and had what I needed for a comfortable stay.
