The check-in through WhatsApp and email worked smoothly in practice, and the flat is clean, modern and well equipped, with a kitchen, washing machine, TV and more. It's in a quiet area, a convenient 20-minute walk from the city centre. Still, there was no in-person contact, and replies to questions about rubbish, changing the bed linen or small problems could be vague or slow. For a longer stay, clearer and quicker communication would help. It'd also build trust to get an email beforehand explaining existing signs of wear and tear. A simple check-in and check-out list would be useful too.
