Royal Suites Oporto Riverside

We had to clean the place ourselves, which was especially upsetting because my daughter is allergic to dust and dust mites. It was filthy, with dirt and hair all over the carpets, lots of spiders, and not even a mop available. Getting in and out of the accommodation also felt completely unreliable. This was a terrible experience, the worst vacation I've ever had.

They welcomed us with a glass of port, a really nice touch. The suite was just as advertised and the views were great. It's well located, though the streets nearby are narrow and dark, with plenty of hills and dips like much of the city.

A memorable stay in Porto, with fantastic views and lovely service. I’d strongly recommend it. It’s a place worth seeing!

The apartment was cosy and had everything we needed, with incredible views. The staff were friendly and polite from the time we picked up the keys until we returned them. There was a bad smell in the toilet, though, and be ready for an uphill walk.
