I could hear people walking upstairs in the middle of the night, even though I was very sleepy. The sound insulation was terrible, and you'll need to bring your own flip-flops since the hotel doesn't provide them. The location was excellent, close to the city center and popular places. My room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

The staff were very helpful with directions and sharing some local history, and breakfast offered plenty of choices. It's an older home with a lot of grace, built in the 1850s and turned into a hotel after renovations in the early 1980s. It still has that old-home charm.

The young clerk at the desk was welcoming, helpful, and fluent in English, definitely an asset to the place. The hotel was pretty and clean, with air conditioning, and it's close to the cultural sights while away from the noise. There are three streets you can take down. Pets are welcome for 10 euros a day per pet. Breakfast was nice at 8.5 euros per person, and parking cost 13 euros a night.
