The room was excellent and the location great, but unfortunately the off season also means construction season. The elevator was sloooowww, taking 120+ seconds to go up three floors.

Room 2T was so quiet, and the newly renovated apartment had everything we needed. It was also easy to walk to the attractions from there. The team made the stay, though: Tiago held our bags when we arrived well before check-in, so we could go sightseeing. Later, even though it was late, Pilar welcomed us warmly and check-in went smoothly. She also pointed us to local food we loved. Nuno helped set up a day trip on our second day, which turned into an unforgettable visit to the Douro Valley. The office, about a two-minute walk from the apartment, is open 24 hours.
