The couple hosting us were wonderful. Our flight was late and then delayed, but they stayed up past midnight, an hour later than we’d first asked, to let us in. The room was fairly comfortable and close enough to walk to the airport, so it served us well. It’s dated, quite small, and the décor could use work; fine for a night, though I’m not sure I’d want to stay many nights. The toilet sits under a sloping ceiling, which made it awkward to use standing up even though I’m not very tall. The shower was small too, but worked fine, just a minor gripe.

The owners were a very kind older couple who made sure we had what we needed. My room was perfect, with a comfy bed, very clean surroundings, and internet that was pretty good for such a remote island. Rooms are affordable and private, and the location works well without a car, with several grocery stores an easy walk away. The hotel is by a busy road, but they’ll give you a quiet room if one is available and you ask. I’d definitely come back.

It’s super close to the airport, and the old lady who runs it is friendly. But the place smells, it’s noisy, and the windows have no blinds.
