Oliva Welcoming Apartments

We felt right at home in Oliva’s welcoming apartment 🙂. It’s comfortable and nicely decorated, and Fernanda and Beatriz were friendly and very accommodating. We highly recommend it.

We’d definitely come back. Our apartment was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed, including a well equipped bathroom and a TV in every room. The receptionist was kind enough to put us on the first floor because one of our family members was elderly. Breakfast was very complete. We stayed one night as a family, and I think renting the whole apartment makes sense if you want the kitchen and living room to yourselves.

The service staff were extremely kind, and breakfast was quite complete. The room was pleasant and well organized, with access to a full kitchen. I didn’t give five stars because the four story building should have an elevator. The stairs can be difficult for people with limited mobility.

The breakfast was good, and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The bedding was clean and smelled fresh, and bath towels were provided. We had a suite with our own bathroom and two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds that we didn’t use. The living room and kitchen were shared with other guests, so it could work well for families. We had trouble opening the door on the third floor, left side, because it was warped. The host arrived quickly, called the firefighters and GNR, and we got in. I recommend staying here, especially if you’re in the area for the marathon, skydiving at Skydive Portugal, a 15 minute drive away, or the river beach at Aldeia Ruiva, also 15 minutes by car.
