We were left on the street without anywhere to sleep after Ana cancelled our booking. We’d reserved an apartment through booking.com, paid by credit card in advance, and told them when we’d arrive, but nobody was there. Ana, the check-in person, didn’t answer our repeated calls until we sent a WhatsApp message. Even then, she wouldn’t let us call her. After we’d spent two hours trying to work out which apartment was ours, she cancelled the booking and was very rude on WhatsApp, saying booking.com had made a mistake and that she only handled check-ins. Worst service ever.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were lovely and really helpful. The area is quiet, there’s secure parking, and everything you’d need for a relaxing stay is an easy walk away. Thanks very much.

A large pool with plenty of room, and a quiet spot close to amenities. It’s about a half-hour walk to the Marina and beaches. The apartment was clean and had the essentials for a holiday, with excellent mattresses on both the double bed and sofa. Internet was available through a paid hotspot, though it was a bit awkward to find.

The house was in perfect shape and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The people were very friendly, and there’s a pool for sunny days. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are nearby. We also enjoyed visiting the beaches and nearby towns, especially Albufeira, which was one of my favorites.
