We wouldn't recommend staying here, especially because of the damp and mould, and because the photos don't show the house as it is now. There was mould in several rooms, including the downstairs bathroom and bedrooms, and part of the upstairs floor had lifted. The house was in worse condition than the pictures suggested, which don't seem recent. A few things were especially inconvenient with our two young children. The bathroom had a shower instead of the bath shown in the photos, one reason we'd chosen the property, and the sink had a large crack that felt unsafe for children. In the master bedroom the broken window handle meant neither the window nor shutters could be opened, leaving the room without natural light or airflow. The yellow patio shutters wouldn't stay open and slammed shut in even a gentle breeze. The torn fly net didn't do its job either. We also weren't given a key for the communal gate. Hopstays didn't sort it out while we were there, so we had to work out our own solution and park elsewhere when the gates were closed, between 10pm and 9am.
