The pool itself was lovely and quiet, but the rules felt unfair. Other families had inflatables, while our children were told they couldn't use theirs. There were two lifeguards during our stay: the male lifeguard spent his time on his phone, and the female lifeguard sunbathed in bikini bottoms and went for regular swims. That felt inappropriate, and made having lifeguards seem pointless. Our room was dirty when we arrived. The bath needed cleaning before we could use it because the bath mat was covered in black dirt. The shower curtain had mould, and the shower head kept falling off. The towels had holes and were only changed every 3-4 days.

The relaxed atmosphere is a big part of why I've been coming here for over 20 years. Dona Fatima and the staff are always so helpful and, above all, very professional. I highly recommend it.

A large terrace gets sun all day, and the residential area is close to both shops and beaches. I rented for a month in winter, in January/February, and it was fantastic. I'll come back next year. Friends of ours have been renting here for 30 years and are always satisfied.

The pool area stays pleasant and usable even in August. This is a welcoming, family-friendly development in Vilamoura, with comfortable, well-designed apartments, many of them with a lawn or balcony.
