I stayed in apartment number 1, which had a kitchen and bathroom and was very well equipped, just right for two. The apartment was clean and cozy, right in the center of Ribeira Grande. There’s private parking and a large supermarket only a few minutes away. It’s also a handy base for visiting Sao Miguel or going surfing. I recommend it.

The staff were very helpful, and the location was great. A very nice self-catering apartment.

8/10
It was a really nice room, but calling it a studio is misleading since there’s no kitchen or water facilities. The private bathroom is down the shared corridor, which isn’t ideal when you need to use it in the middle of the night.

We had a lovely stay in this cozy apartment in central Ribeira Grande. The hosts were warm, friendly, and helpful, and having secure free parking was really useful. The one drawback was the WiFi: the signal didn’t reach our room, which is why I’m giving it four stars.

A beautiful place in a good spot, especially for surfing on Sao Miguel’s north shore, around monte verde, Santa Barbara and Santa Iria.
