We loved our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast wasn't great and starts a little late, which isn't ideal if you're catching an early flight. Santa Cruz's lively spots are all within walking distance.

A good choice if you need to be near the airport. The beach and the little town are an easy walk away, with plenty of restaurants, a small market, and a coffee roastery. The rooms are spacious, and breakfast is included. There's a pool on the 3rd floor and a balcony deck on the 2nd. If you're driving, there are lots of parking options, both paid and free.

We had dinner at this restaurant yesterday at 20h, and it was awful. The pasta was really cheap, with canned vegetables and no taste. When I asked for sauce, she brought me a packet of ketchup, not even proper sauce. At least it was ready in 3 minutes. 😅

From outside, the hotel looked modern and well maintained, but our room was in poor shape. There was a strong musty, moldy smell as soon as we walked in, unrepaired water damage on the wall, and visible mold on a lampshade. When we asked to move, they said the hotel was supposedly full and offered no other room. The air conditioning didn't work either, and the showerhead holder was broken. A room like this shouldn't be offered to guests.

The receptionist was lovely, and the staff helped us so much. I had a brilliant time here and would happily recommend the hotel.
