Casa do Faial

We stayed in May 2017 as a family of three. The friendly managers welcomed us and shared all the information we needed about the house and Madeira. A number of houses are rented out by the same organization. They're built specifically for rentals, but you wouldn't notice that. There are lots of nice features: a well-kept fruit and vegetable garden where you can pick what you like, a good barbecue with wood provided, a remote-controlled gate for parking, and a well-equipped kitchen. You can see the sea from the garden, and Casa de Cha, a large restaurant, is a few hundred meters away. Finding the place was fairly easy with my own navigation device. Wifi isn't available and GSM coverage is poor for high-speed data, but wifi wasn't advertised, so that wasn't a surprise.
