I felt at home as soon as the owner welcomed me, and she was always reachable on WhatsApp. My twin room had its own bathroom, a balcony, and a direct view of Mt. Pico. The whole property was spotless, and breakfast came with the stay. It’s also well placed, close to the large supermarket and natural swimming pool, with a hotel café and bar on the street.

The price is fair, breakfast is reasonable, and from the third floor the view of Mount Pico is really nice. The rooms are basic but very clean. The bed was the main issue for me: at 180 cm tall, I couldn’t get comfortable enough to sleep well.

Breakfast could have had more variety, but the rest of our three-night stay was really good. Check-in was quick, and whenever we needed help it came promptly. Everyone was kind, and I’d recommend the hotel. I stayed with my boyfriend.

The room was okay, though quite humid, and breakfast was okay too. For two people, 50 euros didn’t feel like a great price for the quality. We saw some cockroaches, although they seem to be pretty much everywhere in the Azores.

Breakfast was a nice bonus, and the rooms were spacious and really clean. The owners were friendly and very helpful. I had a great stay and would come back.
