Quinta dos 10

The owners were welcoming and very helpful. We had a lovely stay, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. Sitting by the pool was so relaxing, with the beautiful garden all around.

We spent a week here with our two kids, and it was just right. A wonderful place, with lovely decor, very comfy beds, a pool and jacuzzi, plus a well-kept garden and orchard. We'd definitely return.

A quiet, well-located house with nice views, convenient for exploring the whole island. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the facilities we needed.

The cleanliness of the room and the whole yard was outstanding. We stayed seven nights at las Quinta dos 10, close to Ponta Delgada but far enough from the busy town to make a good base for exploring the island. The owners were friendly and welcomed us with a freshly picked melon from their garden. The kitchen and fridge had the basics, including milk, jam, herbs, and olive oil. The former orange farm's garden is beautiful, with watch towers that recall its history. The pool is a good size, and the jacuzzi has a lovely mountain sunset view. There are lots of tame animals, including chickens and guinea fowl, which the kids loved playing with. We asked to meet Boris, the owners' friendly dog, and they brought him out. They keep him away from guests unless asked.
