After a really tiring day on the road, the staff went out of their way to help us. I’d booked the wrong dates by mistake, but the lovely woman at reception sorted it out and got us a really nice room. Thank you! The setting is so beautiful, and the swimming pool/river was great. We also slept well, and the bathroom and breakfast were really good. Thanks again for all your effort. Highly recommended ❤️

The food was amazing, and the service was excellent!

The dining room has wonderful views, and breakfast was first class, with a great help-yourself spread of meat, cheese, yoghurt, cake, biscuits, breads, nuts, juices, and more. We stayed for two nights. Our first room had a broken door handle, but they moved us straight away. The rooms are spacious and nicely presented, though a snag list would help finish off a few details.

We had a lovely stay, with a great breakfast and friendly staff. Street parking is limited.

The restaurant was closed for refurbishment, so we had to eat at a nearby place, and it wasn’t as delightful.
