Breakfast on the balcony at sunrise was extraordinary, and the views of Praça Gil Eanes from the third-floor studio were lovely. The stairs are a climb, but the comfort and scenery made it worthwhile. The bed was especially comfortable, and everything was clean. Booking directly with Ms. Aldina through their portal was easy, as were communication and check-in. All the staff gave exceptional service. Keys are collected at Skybar lounge. The location is right in the center of Lagos, with cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, and it's a good starting point for cliff walks or bike rides. I felt safe and secure during my memorable six-day stay. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets too. I'd happily stay in the apartment again.

I had two bookings and cancelled one well in advance, but more than two months later I still haven't received the refund. They don't answer calls or reply to messages. Think carefully before booking here. If negative stars were possible, I'd give one.

We booked a studio through Booking for early June and tried a month ahead to arrange a late arrival, using messages, calls, and WhatsApp. No one responded until the day we were due to leave. Then they said check-in after midnight wasn't possible and wouldn't make any exception, despite our explanation. Our flight was delayed, so we got there at 00:15. Nobody was there, no keys had been left, even though the bar next door could have held them, and our calls went unanswered. We spent the night outside in the cold with no other option. The next day we found out our paid reservation had been cancelled without warning. We couldn't reach them after that and had to find another hotel in a hurry. A deeply disappointing and disrespectful experience. I absolutely don't recommend this place, especially for families or anyone arriving late.

The pool and bar area is really nice, and the staff were extremely kind. Our room was clean and great, with a pleasant terrace, and both the A/C and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. There's no elevator, but I knew that beforehand and it wasn't an issue. Check-in is in the building beside the store “Força Portugal”. I'd definitely stay again.
