We had a great time here. The people were friendly, the dogs lovely, the location was great, and breakfast was good. The rooms were a little noisy, but it wasn’t too bad.

Ana was so kind and helpful during our stay at Monte da Galrixa. Since it was Easter Sunday, she suggested places for dinner and even helped arrange a transfer from Zambujeira do Mar. The rooms were clean and cosy, the venue was beautiful, and breakfast the next morning was amazing, especially the fresh orange juice. I’d happily return and stay longer next time!

We stopped for one night during a six-day walking holiday. The place is beautiful, quiet, and very well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. After walking in the sun all day, a refreshing swim and coffee in the shade were perfect.

The farm was lovely, and Anna and her father made us feel so welcome. We stayed three nights at Galrixa and wished we’d booked more. Breakfast was great, and everything was clean and had what we needed. We liked the quiet setting and personal feel compared with a hotel. We’d definitely return, thank you :-)

I only had one night here and wish I could have stayed longer. The owners made us feel like family, with homemade breakfast, a warm welcome, and so much flexibility. The place is gorgeous, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept so well. This is the first review I’ve ever written, but I had to. If I’m ever back, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you! ♥️
