The staff were so kind and helpful, and it's a lovely place. For breakfast, I'd definitely go for the total mista.

We really enjoyed how quiet it was, and the employee who helped us was professional and friendly. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and everything smelled so clean and homey throughout the residence. My husband and I were riding the N2 and arrived in Sardoal on a festival day without a place to stay. We called the residence to ask about a room for that night, and they had one available. When we do the N2 again, this will be one of our regular places to stay. Thank you.

The bedroom and bathroom lighting felt like funeral lighting. The AC in the room wasn't working, and when we raised it, the manager said the room cost less because it didn't have AC. But the price list at the entrance showed that same price with AC included. They offered a fan instead, which didn't help in the extreme 40-degree heat. After I left a constructive review through Booking, the manager called me to dispute it. I tried to explain that I hadn't even mentioned the blinds, which let in too much light and needed a clip to hold them shut, but he hung up on me.

I've stayed at this residence twice, and both times felt like good value for the price. It's a decent, welcoming place with a family feel, while staff give you space. Everyone was friendly. I was comfortable enough that I didn't even check whether there was air conditioning. I enjoyed it a lot and will be back. It's a fantastic place to sleep and rest, TOP.
