I'd give this a minus rating if I could, not even one star. I booked a room through booking.com and was charged 198€ without getting a booking confirmation or a place to stay. They still hadn't confirmed it by night, and they didn't answer the phone. Nobody from the hotel or booking.com is replying now either. This feels like fraud, and they took the payment without a booking. Deleting negative reviews won't make your hotel better. People who've had a bad experience will speak up.

After cycling down the Estrela in freezing weather, I found this warm, modern hostel with a cozy feel and an automated setup. It was heaven, and the design was lovely.

The accommodation was wonderful, with great facilities and such friendly staff. The kids loved the dorms, and I'll recommend it to my friends.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and really welcoming. They were extremely kind too.

Everything felt so cozy, the ladies were very friendly, and the service was five stars.
