Aquénio Do Ouriço

The hosts and hotel are fantastic 👌 The room, location, and food were all incredible. A wonderful place, and one I’d happily recommend.

It’s a spotless, very rustic spot in the middle of the village, right beside an old church. There are a couple of bars you can walk to.

The rooms were so clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with thoughtful decor and details that made them feel relaxing and welcoming. Everything about our stay at Aquénio do Ouriço was just right. The owners and staff were attentive and friendly from the start. They even called ahead to check that all was well and ask whether we wanted to reserve a time for dinner. That small gesture made us feel genuinely welcome. Excellent service throughout, and a memorable stay in Sernancelhe. I’d definitely recommend it for comfort, quality, and such caring hospitality.

We loved our stay. The hotel’s spaces are beautiful and comfortable, and the location is excellent. Our dinner, which we’d booked in advance, was delicious. You could tell they took real care choosing quality ingredients. The hosts were so welcoming and thoughtful, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly. A peaceful, high quality place where they really know how to make you feel at home. We’d gladly come back.
