Friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms, and a good breakfast. A quality hotel at a good price.

I'm riding the Estrada Nacional 2 by motorbike at the moment. The bed was really comfortable, and the brand new room was clean and had a small terrace. If you smoke, ask for room 102. Breakfast was worth the price too. They let you use a garage for the bike in a nearby building, included in the rate, so you'll sleep more easily. The staff are kind and helpful as well. One tip for Serta, book dinner at Santo Amaro restaurant. The Portuguese cooking there is on another level.

The two women working reception and the bar were really helpful, and they spoke English. This is an affordable, very clean place to stop while travelling along the N2. Breakfast had a good selection and was excellent. Under 40 sterling a night for a single room with breakfast was very good value.

The room had everything I wanted, including a comfortable mattress, air conditioning, and a TV with digital channels. It was all perfectly clean, and the Wi-Fi worked pretty well. Great spot right in the centre.

I booked through the website and have proof of payment by VISA, but never received a confirmation. For a month I've been trying to cancel and get my money back, with no response to my emails. The service has been really poor.
