It’s a small, cozy hotel right in the historic center, with authentic looking interiors that give it a particular charm for foreign visitors. The bathrooms were clean and the staff were responsive and ready to help. One side of the building faces busy bars and cafes that stay open late, so rooms on that side can be noisy. It didn’t bother us, though some people might have trouble falling asleep.
Room 1 had a double bed and a bunk bed, and there are lots of things nearby. For a good night’s sleep, shut the double-glazed windows and the shutters. You can pick up fruit and wine at the minipreco supermarket near the bus station. We had a great stay.
The staff were welcoming and really helpful. It’s a great place to stay in the heart of sesimbra, and the prices are affordable. A must go!
A helpful family-run place, with really clean rooms. It’s wonderfully central in Sesembra.
The hosts were welcoming and very thoughtful about helping out, and they speak French. The rooms are modest but very well looked after and spotless. I think I’ll go back, especially since the beach is a two-minute walk away, with shops, the fish market and restaurants nearby.
