Casa da Tia

Julio and Dino welcome everyone with so much warmth and kindness. We love coming here. It’s very well located near the sea, with a sea view, and it’s such a pleasure to relax with the cocktails, especially the Sangria, and the shots, all made with care and joy. Thanks so much. Every day feels special and happy 😉 You’re the best!

The staff were kind and very helpful, and the location was great. But after our first night, we came back to find the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. The shampoo and body wash hadn’t been replenished either, and the shower water wasn’t draining.

We waited an hour and a half for three risottos while our child was hungry. Each time, we were told the food would arrive in a few minutes. When we’d had enough and asked for a bill for the drinks, I saw they had only just started cooking our order. They hadn’t even begun after we’d already waited all that time. The worst service I’ve ever had!

Susana hosted us wonderfully, and we wish her the best with her new adventure. This is a lovely spot for a romantic escape, decorated in a Moroccan Arabian style that makes you feel transported somewhere else. It’s right in the center of Sesimbra village, so getting around on foot is easy. I recommend booking ahead.
