Villa Canto da Lua

The house is attractive and comfortable, with handmade decor and crafts, and the pool was nice. The jacuzzi suddenly stopped working, though. We had a good stay overall, but the landlord lives above the garden and we saw him along its edges several times. Twice, he came into the house to deal with something without calling first. The most uncomfortable moment was on the first day, when he suddenly turned up at 2 p.m. to ask us to turn the music down because a family member was ill. We respected that, but if the timing wasn’t suitable, he shouldn’t have rented the house. We’d told him by phone when booking that we were a group of young people on holiday. Cleaning was included in the price, but the standard was disappointing, especially the very dirty stove. At the price being charged, more attention to detail is needed.

The pool gets excellent sun, and the facilities are great. Everyone was so friendly and any issues were sorted out straight away. I loved it 😎🏝🌞
