We couldn't find other accommodation, so we had to give the place a deep clean as soon as we arrived just to feel somewhat comfortable. It was extremely dirty and in poor condition, with hair, food scraps, grime, insects, and stains. The house didn't look like the photos. Doors, mattresses, and some appliances were in deplorable shape, and the furniture and household items seemed not to have been cleaned, painted, or refurbished in years. The owners stopped replying after we complained on the first day. We still haven't heard from them.

The cottage has two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, plus an enclosed garden that gave us privacy and worked well for our 1.5-year-old daughter. She had a great time, and they kindly provided a crib so we didn't have to bring one. There was also a washing machine, dishwasher, a larger freezer, and a barbecue. A supermarket about a 10-minute walk away had everyday groceries and fresh fish and meat, which was handy even for a longer stay. It's a less touristy place, so you're among locals, and not many speak English. We knew that in advance. We were still spending a few days there when we wrote this, but we can definitely recommend it. It's about a 15-minute walk to the harbor, where you can take a dolphin-watching tour. You can also go out with local fishermen to catch fish or squid, a great option for fish lovers.
