The rooms were spotless and had great A/C, and the location puts you right in the middle of Lisbon, with a metro station practically steps away. Andrew at the desk made the stay special. He was warm, always happy to talk about life in Lisbon, and gave me a much better feel for life in Portugal. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the hotel.

We stayed in a two-level suite on the fifth floor, with two beds, an extra bed, and a balcony. That balcony was a lovely bonus. The hotel is very close to the Metro, and the staff were nice. We did have partly blocked drains, but after we reported it, they fixed them that same day.

We had a good four-day stay as a couple. The location is lovely, close to nearly everything, and breakfast is free, though it was the same each day. The room could use brighter lighting, a tissue box, nicer carpets, and some better decor. Rooms on lower floors may get street noise.

We paid £35 per person per night for Feb 20-24 2026, which felt like incredible value. The location was great and the staff were consistently friendly and ready to help. Rooms are very spacious but basic, just right for a city break when you’re out most of the time.

For our four nights, the room was fine, though the paper cups and worn carpet made it feel a little dated. The hotel is close to the river and tourist sights, but staying farther out might get you better value. Breakfast needs more variety, and there’s no restaurant at the hotel, although plenty of places to eat are nearby.
