ibis Lisboa Sintra

I’m an IBIS member since it gets me a discount on the room. The rooms are clean and smell nice, with a TV for watching movies and free Wi-Fi. In the morning there’s a breakfast bar, though breakfast costs extra. You can also buy drinks, beer, or a glass of wine at the bar. I’ve had their chicken salad for dinner on some stays, and there’s a menu to order from. The front desk staff are very professional.

Miguel deserves special thanks for being so professional and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and well looked after, and the service was excellent. My stay went smoothly and everything felt well organized. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

I chose the hotel while attending WSBK, and it worked out very well. There’s a bus stop right outside, and the place had all the essentials for my four-night stay. The staff were welcoming and very professional. I’ll definitely come back.

Miguel at Ibis Sintra made us feel like a burden. Whenever we asked something, he responded with an attitude and didn’t try to help. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ibis should rethink having someone with such poor manners and no customer service skills representing the brand. Avoid this place if basic respect matters to you.
