The room had all the useful appliances and basics I’ve found missing at fancier places. The hot water stayed hot, the pressure was great, and everything was clean. Andre greeted us with real courtesy and gave us plenty of helpful information. The property is fully gated, which made it feel very safe, and the location is perfect. The pool looked lovely and was well maintained, though the weather was a bit too chilly for us to use it. Breakfast was excellent, so give it a try, and be sure to meet the Lady, as her son calls her. Everyone and everything made us happy.

We’d return in a heartbeat. The staff were kind, welcoming, and glad to share local suggestions. Breakfast was generous and fantastic, and our cozy room had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. We woke up refreshed every day. The garden was full of flowers and such a peaceful spot to unwind. From the property, Sintra and the castle looked like a postcard. A charming countryside escape with lovely views.

The view from the eating area includes the castles, and the grounds are nicely kept. We also enjoyed the pool, which was lovely and not crowded. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and gave us lots of information about places to visit, along with recommendations for local restaurants. Amazing views.

Breakfast was so yummy, five stars from us. Andre was amazing about communication and shared the best tips. The setting was stunning, and this stay became a highlight of our trip, a quiet sanctuary away from the busy city.
