Sintra Green Chalet - Bed & Breakfast

Our room was on the small side, but there was a furnished patio that felt very cosy for hanging out. The place was clean and neat, right in the centre, with a great breakfast spread and friendly, helpful staff. It had a family feel and the prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Check-in was easy, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, warm, and cosy, with hot showers. The common area had a lot of charm, and breakfast and the honesty bar both had great options. I’d stay here again.

Sintra Green Chalet Bed & Breakfast has a really convenient spot: it’s in the centre of Sintra, about a 15-minute walk from the National Palace and two minutes from the tram for the scenic route. There’s a supermarket just behind the hotel, too. I slept well, thanks in part to the traditional wooden windows, which blocked out the light completely. The air conditioning also worked perfectly and kept the room cool on hot days. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a warm, welcoming feel. Catrina at reception was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and attentive. I liked the honesty bar, where you can take food or drinks, write them down, and pay at checkout. It gives the stay a personal, homely touch. It’s a cosy hotel with lovely character in a very convenient location. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Sintra.
