The grounds are beautiful, and there are peacocks! We loved staying at this lovely hotel. The breakfast room has an amazing view, and the exceptional staff helped with our luggage and gave us advice on where to eat and what to see.

We had such a great short break in Sintra. The room was amazing, the breakfast delicious, and the hotel is in a beautiful location. The wonderful staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay lovely. We’ll be back and would highly recommend it.

The service was amazing. The staff chatted with us, offered to help take pictures, and were genuinely so nice. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, too. On my first visit, the hotel exceeded my expectations: it felt like a palace, and the courtyard was beautiful, with fish and peacocks. I’d definitely go again!

The hotel itself is comfortable and very nice, but it was extremely noisy and understaffed. Anything we asked for took forever. Kids ran around screaming and making noise until 10:30 pm, and the hydromassage bathtub in our room didn’t work. I gave it a score of 6 on booking, and they had the nerve to ask me to change my score. Screenshot attached. Shameful.

The people here are what made our stay stand out. The room, happy hour, and views were all excellent too. It was the best place we stayed during our month-long trip. If you're heading to Sintra, stay here!
