It works well as a place to rest after days out visiting Gerês, Lindoso, Soajo and Terras de Bouro itself. The house is modest and welcoming, with two rooms with double beds and another small single bed. The kitchen utensils are rather old-fashioned, and the bathroom is small.

It’s a cozy house, but during the coldest part of the year there was no firewood to use the fireplace. I also noticed a hygiene issue in the house and a shortage of kitchen utensils.
