There aren’t any shops or cafés close by, and you’ll need to drive 15-20 minutes to reach most of the sights in the region. Our T1 had a shower only, so check first if you’re hoping for a bathtub. The house itself is cozy and lovely, with a fireplace and lots of space outside the apartments but still within the villa.

The host was so lovely, and the place has a warm, welcoming feel. You can sense its character in all the little details. It was spotless, full of authentic charm, and ideally placed for seeing Tomar and the surrounding area.

Manuela is so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms were very clean, with crisp sheets, and the buildings and outdoor areas are beautifully cared for. A really relaxing hidden gem, less than 20 minutes from Golega, where we were visiting.

The manager, Sofia, tried much too hard, and it came across terribly. Honestly, everything else was good enough.

The owner and her assistant were warm and friendly. It’s a lovely property in a quiet spot, with pretty gardens.
